We are seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James, a Surrey-based Quantity Surveying consultancy with a proven track record of offering its team equity in the business.

About the Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a crucial role as a mentor and support system for less experienced Quantity Surveyors, while also bridging the gap between the Partners and other Quantity Surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run projects within the top-end residential, education, and conservation sectors, valuing up to £15m/£20m.
  • Deliver projects from inception to completion, utilizing strong project management skills.
  • Mentor and support less experienced Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Collaborate with Partners and other Quantity Surveyors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience within a UK Cost Consultancy / Cost Management practice.
  • A successful track record of delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Professional, well-spoken, and able to commute to the Surrey office.
  • Good management and people skills.
