Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
- Lead the Quality and Food Safety team to maximize individual and team performance.
- Investigate non-conformances and consumer complaints, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage short-term labor planning, absenteeism, and holidays for the team.
- Support Production Managers in Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health topics through advice and training.
- Manage complaints processes, including investigation, action planning, and implementation.
- Support QESH audits, preparing action plans and ensuring implementation.
- Collaborate with the Engineering and Technology department on new investments and initiatives.
- Track and manage QESH KBI's, implementing improvement actions when necessary.
- Participate in Operational Excellence projects as required.
Requirements:
- HACCP Level 3 minimum (Level 4 advantageous).
- Experience in a FMCG production laboratory, preferably in the beverage industry.
