Job Summary:
The Clinical Services Manager – Theatre is a key leadership role within Circle Health Group, responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the Theatre service. This includes coordinating the management of the theatre team, providing clear direction and leadership, and ensuring the achievement of CQC Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan the delivery of patient safe clinical care provision of the Theatre service, in line with business needs.
- Responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of care provision within the Operating Department.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to all theatre staff, whilst supporting the initiatives of the hospital.
- Maintenance of professional, cost-effective theatre service, including financial management and business planning.
- Achievement of labour management target, and weekly completion of staff utilisation spreadsheets.
