About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at The Woolpack, a renowned community pub in Banstead.

The successful candidate will lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers, ensuring high-quality food is consistently served in a timely manner.

To be considered for this role, you will have previous catering experience and a proven track record of menu planning, stock control, and team management.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and implementing effective waste management strategies.

A competitive hourly pay rate of £10-£12 per hour is on offer, along with a share of tips, early wage withdrawal scheme, and access to various benefits.

  • Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata)
