Join Our Expert Team of Corporate Solicitors

We are a renowned law firm with a large presence in Lincolnshire, currently seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to take a lead role in building and developing our thriving practice area.

You will be a qualified Solicitor of England and Wales with over 5 years PQE and have extensive experience in advising on a wide range of specialisms including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, commercial law, restructuring, buyouts, privacy, intellectual property & company formation, and start-ups.

  • You should be technically strong with excellent drafting and written communication skills.
  • Have commercial awareness and enjoy working on transactions, driving deals forward, and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take initiative and participate in marketing activities.

A key aspect of this role will be to develop new referral and client relationships, bringing new work to the team and contributing to the growth and development of the firm.
