Quantity Surveyor for Water Treatment Works

At Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on an ongoing project in the South East region.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering NEC3 contracts, maintaining project documentation, and liaising with clients and suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a challenging project with a leading organisation in the water utilities sector.

  • Responsibilities will include administration of NEC3 contracts, Options A and C including PSC, as well as maintenance of contract project documentation.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in an NEC contract environment and possess a strong understanding of both pre-contract and post-contract work.
  • A proficient working knowledge of NEC 3 main and subcontract contract forms is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain negotiation, letting packages of work, and variation management would be beneficial.
Requirements
  • A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required, along with relevant industry experience.
  • Candidates should possess strong Excel skills, including proficiency in charts, pivots, lookups, and sheet automation.
  • Previous experience working on similar projects in the water utilities sector would be advantageous.
