About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Live-in Care Professionals in Redbridge and Walthamstow. As a Live-in Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a range of services to promote independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Liaise with other professionals involved in the client's care, including healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Manage client's daily routines, including meal preparation and household tasks.
  • Ensure client's safety and security at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in the care sector, preferably in a live-in care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay rate of £910 per week (£130 per day).
