Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager - Commercial Reporting & Insights to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing insightful and timely reporting to our external board of directors and commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce commercial reporting to Board of directors and Commercial organization around performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Work with the business to ensure corporate scorecards are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Control the release of regional reporting through Power BI.
  • Work with corporate communication teams to provide data for external presentations or question sessions.
  • Produce customer profitability reports on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Produce SLT review performance review packs.
  • Produce summary analytics at month-end for board review.
  • Potential management of a junior contractor to enable throughput.
  • Work across finance teams to gain insights and understand business drivers and numbers.

Requirements

  • A curious and self-starting individual who can drive value and mobilize teams working in a matrix environment.
  • Strong presentational and reporting skills, preferably with FP&A experience.
  • Able to effectively communicate complex issues to key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to tailor their approach to deal with different people.
  • Strong user of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
