About the Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent for our clients in the hedge fund and commodities sector. You will work closely with our team to build subject matter expertise and develop a deep understanding of the buy side markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify top talent
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Graduate degree (or recent graduate)
