In this role, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of engineers, driving the development of advanced satellite user terminals and radio systems.

  • As Advanced Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing the hardware/software development cycle in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • You will tailor engineering processes, tools, and practices to meet project requirements.
  • Allocate tasks, support execution, and review deliverables to maintain high standards.
  • Contribute to system architecture, function allocation, and product specification.
  • Leverage expertise to solve technical challenges and support research into new technologies and innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Systems, Hardware, or Electronics Engineering within a regulated environment, leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to manage hardware/software delivery processes and lifecycle development.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira or other agile management platforms.

The salary for this position is estimated at $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
