A Summary of Our Job Description:

We require an experienced Retrofit Assessor who can conduct thorough property assessments, evaluate energy performance, gather data, and produce comprehensive reports. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support the implementation of effective retrofit measures. Your primary responsibilities include conducting evaluations of properties, utilizing industry-standard tools to assess energy efficiency, and developing comprehensive reports to guide retrofit initiatives. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical and communication skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Job Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications and training in PAS 2035 and other industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
