Experienced Mechanical Team Leader required for a leading HVAC company in the UK.

The successful candidate will lead a team of at least 2 direct PAYE Installation Engineers and additional sub-contractors, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery. Key responsibilities include site visits, surveys, designs, estimations and quotations, negotiating and purchasing materials, supervising labour, commissioning, client training, and O&M's.

To be considered, applicants must have at least 5 years' experience delivering large-scale AHU, Chiller, VRV, VRF, Boiler, and ventilation projects. Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and autonomy are essential.

Job Description
  • Project management of AHUs, VRV/VRF, ducting, boiler, and chiller replacements and upgrades.
  • Leading a team of engineers.
  • Ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Compensation Package
  • Basic Salary: up to £60,000 DOE.
  • Overtime Pay: up to £80,000.
