The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of members and guests in the Health Club area, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all members and their guests.
  • Assist members with queries, complaints, or information requests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Lifeguard the pool/s when required, ensuring the safety of all users.
  • Supervise and assist members and guests in the use of the facilities, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Enforce club rules and regulations, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
  • Administer first aid where qualified, in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Comply with all operating procedures of the Health Club and Company.

Requirements:

  • NPLQ qualification (training provided for suitable candidates)
  • Trustworthy and reliable individual
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently
  • Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail
  • Smart appearance and strong team player
  • Excellent timekeeping and safeguarding awareness
