Job Summary
Celtic Linen Wexford is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our evening shift operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling production to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve production targets.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Identify and implement improvements to production processes.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Prepare and maintain production reports.
- Monitor and review staff performance.
Requirements
- Production management experience.
- Third-level qualification in a related field is desirable.
- Excellent level of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Skills
- Supervisory skills and leadership.
- Team building skills.
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
- Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a proficient level.
- Time management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
- 8 hour shift.
