Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Industrial Temps. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders in a chilled environment
  • Pulling orders according to electronic voice command issued by voice prompt software
  • Picking items from warehouse and packing orders, properly and carefully
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Working as a valued member of a team and also independently

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Good communication skills
  • Fully flexible and adaptable

Pay and Benefits:

£11.44 per hour + holiday pay working hours. Day shift: 12pm - 8pm. Must be fully flexible to work any day, including weekends.
