About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing processes.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Team:

Our manufacturing team is responsible for producing high-quality meals for our customers. We pride ourselves on our efficient and organized processes, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with our facilities and maintenance teams to maintain and repair equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on assigned automation, robotics, and control panels
  • Troubleshoot issues with equipment and correct problems in a timely manner
  • Mentor junior staff members in developing their skills and knowledge
  • Participate in root cause analysis of downtime events

Requirements:

  • Experience in automation engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other automation systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
