Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a great team of teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic learning environment.
  • Develop individualised plans and monitor progress to ensure each student achieves their full potential.
  • Support the emotional, social, and academic development of our students, promoting positivity and well-being.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with Autism and MLD/PMLD (or a strong desire to learn)
  • Passion for teaching and making learning fun
  • Creativity in adapting lessons to meet individual needs
  • Strong communication skills to work with students, staff, and families
  • Patience and a positive attitude when working with students with complex needs
