About the Role
As a Live-in Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversations
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication schedules and administer medication as required
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients
- Perform household tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying
- Assist with mobility and transportation, including accompanying clients on outings
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate attitude, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Basic knowledge of personal care and medication management, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
