We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at ProTalent Limited, a reputable accounting firm based in High Wycombe. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of multiple payroll processes for our diverse clientele.

About the Role:

  • Manage and process payroll operations for a range of clients, utilizing your expertise in technical payroll processes and procedures.
  • Support the payroll and benefits-related functions, working closely with our experienced Payroll Manager.
  • Address client inquiries related to taxes, benefits, salaries, and allowances, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including pensions, statutory claims, and auto-enrolment procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the Payroll team under the guidance of our Managers and Partners, driving growth and improvement.
