Culinary Artisan

We are seeking a talented Culinary Artisan to join our team at Fiume Restaurant & River Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive access to our financial wellbeing platform, Wagestream, which allows you to track your earnings in real-time and access a percentage of your pay as you earn it.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A level 2 or higher qualification in culinary arts;
• At least 1 year's experience working in a commercial kitchen;
• Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
