About the Role:

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team of Health Visitors. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to families with young children, promoting their health, wellbeing, and developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of infants and children within the context of the family and community environment.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to address health inequalities and promote positive health outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to provide comprehensive support to families.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to improve health and wellbeing in the community.

Requirements:
  • A Health Visiting Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
  • NMC Registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
