About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Practitioner - Science to join our team at Ebbsfleet Academy. As a key member of our science department, you will play a pivotal role in driving whole-school initiatives related to teaching methodologies, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Principal and fellow Lead Practitioners to drive whole-school initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to staff members
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence in the science department
