Job Title: Family Solicitor 3-5 years PQE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at Number Fifteen Recruitment. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of privately funded work, providing advice to individuals and families on a range of family law matters, and working closely with our Director to achieve business targets.

About the Role:
  • Manage your own caseload of privately funded work, including complex and time-sensitive matters
  • Provide advice to individuals and families on family law matters, including private law children matters, divorce, financial settlements, separation, domestic violence, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitee disputes
  • Deal with new instructions, legal research, advocacy, and assisting the Director on occasions
  • Network and engage in business development to bring in new work and grow the practice
About You:
  • Be a fully qualified senior solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, or have equivalent experience and qualifications
  • Have excellent communication and IT skills, with a strong understanding of family law and commercial awareness
  • Be commercially astute, with a proven ability to bring in new work and drive business development
  • Have a good academic record, with training with a leading national or regional firm an advantage
  • Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
