Senior Compliance Advisor Required

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Advisor to oversee and manage our clients compliance framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing and updating policies, attending meetings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Review and Update: Conduct regular reviews of current policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with FCA regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement an annual compliance monitoring plan, identifying areas of risk and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to colleagues on FCA applications and reporting.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on third-party suppliers, maintaining a risk register and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP).
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
