Care Assistant – Voyage Care Ltd

- £11.57 per hour

Typical Shifts:
7am - 2pm and 2pm - 9pm

We are seeking genuinely compassionate, hands-on Care Assistants who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support.

As a Care Assistant, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines, collaborating with a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of individuals.

Our residential service offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that each day brings new experiences. You will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging participation in community activities and social events.


One day you might be engaging with individuals in the community, while the next could involve relaxing together through games, movies, or outings.

This role is perfect for someone eager to make a significant impact on another person's life, helping them build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals, whether that involves cooking for themselves or planning a holiday.

We believe that our Care Assistants should possess both the right experience and values. Therefore, we seek individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and composed in their approach.

A full UK driving license is preferred.
