Job Title: Residential Care Manager

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality residential care services to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of residential care staff to achieve high standards of care and support.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each child or young person.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies, including the Children's Homes Regulations and the Care Standards Act 2000.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, such as social services and healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Children & Young People's Services, or equivalent.
  • At least two years' experience in residential care, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
