We are seeking a highly skilled Group Tax Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a sabbatical period. This role will provide support across all pillars of the Group Tax team, including Tax Operations, Tax Business Support, and Transfer Pricing.

The successful candidate will have strong corporate tax expertise gained in a high-paced environment, either in-house or in practice. A background in UK or Irish corporate tax, or a similar corporate tax regime, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting UK & I corporate tax compliance processes, including the transition of those processes from an outsourced service provider to an internal overseas service center.
  • Reviewing selected processes around Tax managed across the Experian organization, such as withholding tax.
  • Leading standalone financial transfer pricing projects, including conducting a transfer pricing risk review across all internal funding arrangements.
  • Supporting Transfer Pricing Manager on larger transfer pricing projects, e.g., reviewing the allocation of expenses into and out of Brazil given developments in the local Brazilian tax environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid role based in London or Nottingham, with flexible working arrangements.
