About You:
* You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* You will work closely with the Estates Team to ensure that workshop and facilities equipment are well-maintained and running smoothly
* You will be required to review and record service contracts, actively assign and log jobs through a maintenance management system, and provide data to support workshop and facilities KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure external contractors perform maintenance on workshop and facilities equipment

* Be a point of contact for the Maintenance Helpdesk

Salary and Benefits:
