Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities Management team as a Maintenance Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance coordination or a related field and be familiar with maintenance management systems.

About You:
* You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* You will work closely with the Estates Team to ensure that workshop and facilities equipment are well-maintained and running smoothly
* You will be required to review and record service contracts, actively assign and log jobs through a maintenance management system, and provide data to support workshop and facilities KPIs

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure external contractors perform maintenance on workshop and facilities equipment
* Review and record service contracts for workshop and facilities equipment
* Actively assign and log jobs through a maintenance management system
* Be a point of contact for the Maintenance Helpdesk
* Provide data to support workshop and facilities KPIs

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
