We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Fintelligent. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch mortgage advice and underwriting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess clients' credit history and information from Equifax and land registry to underwrite loan applications.
- Apply lender underwriting criteria to meet clients' needs and provide advised sales tailored to their circumstances.
- Calculate loan repayments based on clients' income and support team members as needed.
- Work to and achieve targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Annual salary starting from £30,000 with an OTE of £45,000.
- Bonus scheme.

- 40-hour work week with no weekend work.
- CeMAP qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working to targets.
