About the Role

This permanent opportunity offers flexibility for full or part-time hours available, including telehealth options. As an Allied Health Professional, you will conduct thorough assessments of candidates with a range of disabilities and barriers to employment. You will also offer counselling intervention as needed, refer candidates to additional external support services, liaise with medical professionals and community agencies, and provide training and guidance to atWork staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

You should have relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology with eligibility for registration with AHPRA. Degree qualifications in Social Work or Counselling and current membership with one of AASW / ACA / PACFA are also required. You should possess exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, and engagement abilities. Additionally, you should be able to provide a Police Clearance (within 6 months) and Work with Children's Check.
