Theatre Practitioner Leader

Our Client is seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to lead their Spinal and Orthopaedic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to Consultant users, ensuring efficient and safe running of spinal and orthopaedic lists, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all cases performed within the organisation.
Key Objectives:
- To provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team.
- To ensure the availability of instrumentation and implants for each procedure.
- To maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- To work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- ASP/SFA qualification essential.
- Previous experience in an acute healthcare environment.
- Ability to work well within a team.
