Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Psychology Graduate

Smile Education Recruitment is currently working with a primary school in Leicester to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support their SEN pupils in Key Stage 3 on a long-term basis.

About the Role:
  • Support a small number of SEN pupils in Key Stage 3
  • Work with a dedicated SEN team and SENCo
  • Full training and guidance provided
  • Opportunity to gain experience working with special educational needs
About the School:

The school has a small number of pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour in the classroom and require the help of a specialist Graduate Teaching Assistant.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology or Special Educational Needs
  • Previous experience working with special educational needs and challenging behaviour
  • Full support and training provided
