Role Overview
Academics Ltd is seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join their team in Swindon. As a Future Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work on a 1:1 ratio with children
• Identify possible trigger areas
• Observe behaviour and reactions
• Facilitate therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and behaviour analysts on site

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong understanding of psychology principles and have excellent communication skills. A relevant degree in Psychology is essential for this position.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, Academics Ltd offers a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
