About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our St Fagans Road store in Cardiff. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock control to ensure efficient store operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Participate in local community events and initiatives to strengthen the store's ties with the community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and the local community.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive business performance.
