Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHSFT. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based occupational therapy services to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake full-time Occupational Therapist role within the team, focusing on delivering an occupational therapy service provision.
- Work with a defined caseload of service users, undertaking occupational therapy assessments and specific work associated with the role of an Occupational Therapist.
- Take a lead on delivering recovery-focused groups in the community and support with line management of junior OT members of staff.
- Provide quality first-line psychosocial assessments as part of the GMMH community teams duty role and work proactively in forging professional working relationships with multi-agencies.
