About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and dedication. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily care needs, participating in holistic caring activities, and ensuring that all clients' needs are met with the aim of optimising their independence. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that respects the rights and wishes of our residents and encourages person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with their daily care needs, including moving and handling, dressing, and assisting with hygiene and dressing
- Participate in holistic caring activities and ensure that all clients' needs are met with the aim of optimising their independence
- Create an environment that respects the rights and wishes of our residents and encourages person-centred care
- Develop and coordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of care to our residents

Requirements
- NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
- Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home
- Passion for care of the elderly
- Experience of medication administration

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
