Job Summary


V3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled Driver Recruitment Strategist to join our team. As a Driver Recruitment Strategist, you will play a critical role in supporting our business in achieving its driver recruitment targets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a driver recruitment strategy to source qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify recruitment channels and opportunities
  • Source potential candidates that match our business requirements, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and meet our professional driver standards
  • Responsible for the recruitment of the agreed number of new drivers, ensuring they are at the required standard and have the correct paperwork before training
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment sources, reporting findings to the leadership team to inform future recruitment strategies
  • Form strategic alliances with job center partners to maximize recruitment opportunities
  • Develop and document best-in-class recruitment processes, providing regular reports to demonstrate delivery of objectives


Requirements

  • Previous experience in driver recruitment and plate driving is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with drivers, the business, and recruitment partners
  • Ability to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the recruitment process, with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges
  • Ability to create and own the recruitment strategy
  • Good knowledge of IT and office systems, with a good understanding of social media and its application in driver recruitment
