Trainee Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their dream of homeownership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs, including walking them through the entire mortgage service.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
