Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading company in retail and interior fit-out projects, based in Gloucester.

The ideal candidate will have experience with fit-out projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion and quality delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in retail and interior fit-out projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction costs, budgeting, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
