We are currently looking for a Property Condition Inspector to work on planned maintenance and major works projects in South West London.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on planned maintenance contracts and major works projects in a social housing setting, including inspecting properties to identify defects and potential hazards, preparing reports and recommendations for repairs and maintenance, and coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2025, working Monday to Friday, 9-5:15.
