Residential Property Solicitor Opportunity


A Residential Property Solicitor is needed for a fantastic opportunity with a dynamic Legal 500 law firm. We are looking for a technically strong Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy, friendly team managing a varied caseload of sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and right to buy from start to finish.


As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will deliver a high-quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium-sized businesses, the high street, and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be based near Shrewsbury and will have the opportunity to utilise their technical skills and advance their careers in a supportive working environment.


The salary for this Residential Property Solicitor opportunity is upwards of £40K and is negotiable, depending on experience. The role also comes with excellent benefits and some hybrid working. Requirements



  • A technically strong Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
