Tax Compliance Manager

Bryony Gibson Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Compliance Director to join our team. As a key member of our advisory firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of tax compliance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Compliance Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate filing of personal tax returns while staying up-to-date with tax regulations.
- Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Prepare and review tax returns, computations, and disclosures for statutory accounts.
- Provide Tax Planning Advice: Provide basic tax planning advice to optimise tax efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with External Advisors: Liaise with external tax advisors and HMRC as necessary.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their personal tax needs.
- Leadership and Development: Provide training, development, leadership, and review for tax staff.
We are looking for a highly experienced Tax Compliance Director with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of tax regulations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality tax compliance services. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
