Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, ensuring they have the right products configured optimally.
The role requires good understanding of industry legislation, standards, and principles applicable to Local Authorities and Utilities in the Highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with customers from system user to director level.
- Providing clear, honest, and open guidance when a positive outcome is not possible.
- Undertaking contract negotiations when needed.
- Facilitating and delivering account meetings with formal agendas, minutes, and action plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Excellent time management skills, team working, and people skills.
- Good understanding of all areas of our software to illustrate key features and functions.
- Ability to work closely with subject matter experts to supply specialist consultancy when required.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
