Powered Access Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Powered Access Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Powered Access Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing powered access equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair powered access equipment, including cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and booms.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure equipment is available for use.
  • Maintain health and safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a powered access engineer, cap engineer, access engineer, plant engineer, or plant fitter.
  • Qualification in engineering (not necessarily in powered access).
  • Full UK driving license.

  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE.
  • Overtime paid at time and a half.

  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
  • Training provided (can be put through CAP).
