Job Title: Head ChefWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new menu ideas, leading a team of chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and safety
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff rota, training, and health and safety
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food, labor, and waste
