Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Kiota Recruitment Limited. This role will involve carrying out diesel engine and pump maintenance on customers' sites and in our branch workshop in Great Yarmouth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform diesel engine and pump maintenance at customer sites and in-house, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers on job details and documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including daily maintenance on company vehicles.
  • Keep tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any defects.
  • Adhere to PPE and Company Policy procedures as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Previous demonstrable experience of working with engines or a mechanical engineering background, with the ability to understand underlying issues and resolve them.
  • Experience of working in a plant environment, on site with customers, and in a workshop would be beneficial.
