The Opportunity

We are currently working with a leading insurance broker who are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their team. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate insurance accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Handle renewals, MTAs and new business
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain business and grow the portfolio

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Commercial or Corporate Account Handler
  • Experience in handling renewals, MTAs and new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
