About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage site operations to ensure compliance with client KPI requirements and internal targets.
  • Manage direct labour and subcontractors to deliver high-quality services within budget.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • IT literate.
  • Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Valid CSR card.
  • Full driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the social housing sector.
  • Previous experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
