At Academics, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Electively Home Educated Officers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in supporting families and ensuring the education and safety of these children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with families at their home or alternative venues to undertake assessments and reviews of home education arrangements.
  • Attending multi-agency meetings and liaising with schools and other professional agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support and guidance to families and children.

Working Arrangements:
