About the Role

Natterbox Limited is a leading provider of cloud-based business telephony solutions, revolutionizing the way organizations communicate with their customers. As a Salesforce Platform Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, with experience in implementing and managing complex cloud solutions. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, applying that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce environment, with a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder.
  • Experience with multi-cloud orgs, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Conga.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and success.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, with the ability to lead and work in an Agile environment.
